Jane is at home alone with daddy today. They were playing with some small water balloons, blowing them up and then letting them go....fizzing up into the air.
Jane decided she would try and blow one up by herself. When Andy asked her where the balloon was she said....."my mouf"................Andy: "open up Jane, let me see it"
"I EAT IT!"
the City Manager has now been placed on administrative leave WITHOUT PAY.

ReplyDeleteI regret the decision to allow our youngest employee acccess to the balloon department but she is quite cute and assured me that nothing would happen. She then looked at me and straight up ATE the balloon right in front of me. Her balloon privaledges have been temporarily revoked and I will personally be responsible for making sure everything comes "OUT" fine.
