Today I am thankful for playing games with Kate.
Normally I am NOT a game player. Ask any Martens family member, I am a total wet blanket when it comes to family game time.
Playing games with Kate is my exception, and we especially like to play Uno. Most nights before we read, we play a game or two of Uno. It is really fun seeing how Kate is thinking out her strategy and delivering her "draw" cards to really put the hammer down.....followed by her cute little evil smile.
Tonight I am thankful for game night with Kate.
But that doesn't change the fact that I hate playing games.
Mind games are cool though.
