To say I am thankful for my parents is an understatement. I am grateful, I am forever in debt to them for all the money they have saved us, and I am blessed to have them as the grandparents of my children.
My parents were teachers for 30 years and conveniently decided to retire when Tess was about 9 months old. For the last 10 years, through nursing school, job changes, two more kids, and going from part time to full time work schedules.....my parents have been there to offer their home, their food, their energy, their free time and their love to my children.
I hope they know how important they have been to the raising of my girls into the amazing kids they are today. Every day, I am thankful for my parents.
